What You Need to Know About Facebook Groups for Your Business

I have earned a reputation as a social media hater. While that’s a little dramatic, when it comes to small businesses I’m definitely a social media skeptic.

Too many businesses waste money on social media marketing practices that don’t produce any results. You can’t afford to spend money on marketing that doesn’t lead to an increase in revenues.

But, I’ve become interested in Facebook Groups. If used properly, they can help you create an engaged community of excited customers.

In Facebookland there are lots of different kinds of pages. People like you and me have personal profile pages. Businesses and organizations can also create business pages. Since Facebook shifted to a pay-to-play model for follower engagement a few years ago, the only reason to have a business Facebook page for most of us is so that you can run targeted ads.
