I am not a fan of manifesting or magical thinking. Hope, while critical, is not a strategy. If you want to see changes in your life, you must make changes.

However, change is tough. There’s a reason most of us end up stuck with a job we hate, unhealthy habits, and desperate longing for a winning lottery ticket.

The truth is that every day, people’s dreams come true. Your dreams, as far off as they seem, are closer to reality than you’re willing to believe. This is not some pie-in-the-sky nonsense. The question is, how do you make the impossible leap from where you are now to where you want to be?

I spent years working as a lawyer, a job I hated, and that was so stressful that it nearly killed me.

For the past thirteen years, I’ve supported myself and my family without having a “real” job. I spend most of each workday writing and making art — and I couldn’t be more thrilled with my choice.

Life is far from perfect, but when I think about what I do for a living, I realize I’m living my dream.

How did I go from being a miserable lawyer to a happy creator? I followed a five-step process. It’s simple to understand but not easy to do.

Your story truly moved me. From feeling stuck to living your dream. You’ve inspired me to take that first step towards my own.

Instead of wallowing in your misery, you should quit doing things that make you miserable.

I love this. it’s essential that we quit those things that bring no value into our lives so that we may focus on those that do!!. We are the creators of our reality.

I chose to believe it was possible.

Such an important point. We have the choice to believe in ourselves or not.
